On March 18, 2013, Kevin Lynch resigned from his position as Executive Vice President, Chief Technology Officer, of Adobe Systems Incorporated, effective March 22, 2013, to pursue other opportunities.
Lynch, who will leave Adobe on March 22, joined the company when it acquired Macromedia, where Apple marketing executive Phil Schiller also once worked. Before that, Lynch was an early developer of software for Apple’s Macintosh personal computer, including the program FrameMaker for designing and editing large documents.
During Lynch’s tenure, Apple and the software maker clashed over the use of Adobe’s Flash video program on Apple’s devices. Apple co-founder Steve Jobs said Flash was ill-suited for mobile computing and banned its use on the iPhone or iPad. Lynch said the move would cost Apple customers.

Apple and Google Are Consolidating about Android Operating System Patent?

After the glorious winning from Samsung, Apple is reported to set the next target to state the suing. Well, at this point, it is said that Google is going to be dragged to the law court. Perhaps, some of you might have thought about the reason behind this.
Yes, indeed, it is about the competition between the operating system developed by both developers. We all know that Apple has been famous with its iOS and Google with its Android. However, what is quite interesting about this “war” is the news where the CEOs of both companies are reported to have held some secret meetings. It is believed that such meetings which are reported to be done through phone were talking about the patent of Apple and Android.
The phone call is claimed to happen at the end of August. Well, such meeting is reported to be done a day after Apple has been claimed to win the patent war against Samsung by the American law court. It was also told that Tim Cook and Larry Page were supposed to carry on the talking on Friday, August 30th. However, such secret talking has not been done and there was no exact reason reported in relation with this condition. Some people believe that both CEOs will hold the secret meeting in the next couples of week.
So many speculations in relation to this matter have been issued by the people. Cook and Page are said to negotiate the chance to seize fire between Apple and Android. It means that the OS war seems to be silenced for a while. There is a possibility that some basic functions and features from Android will also take part in such plan. Apple vs Samsung, the first world’s patent war

Nowadays the trending topic in several social media is not about the gossip of celebrity or the newest album of “A” singer but the war of technology patent. In United States, the giant technology company “Apple” has proclaimed a war about patent technology. This western technology company sues the Asian giant technology, Samsung, for breaking the patent of Apple applications. Well actually what this war is all about? Is there anything else behind this war?
This war was started by the Apple’s legal action for suing Samsung about copying seven patents from iDevices Apple to Samsung Galaxy tab. Those seven patents claimed by Apple including the smartphone’s features (such as bounceback, rotate document, drag n drop document, tap to zoom, pince and zoom), icon design, smartphone design and the arrangement of icon grid. However the jury only decided that this Asian giant technology company only breaking six patents instead of seven. Finally the jury has decided that the winner of this patent war is Apple. Samsung also must pay the fine for more than one million and this company does, pay the fine in cash literally using uncounted coin.
We often hear about Apple’s hobby to sue the company which supports Android technology, but we never predicted that this company dares to fight the biggest asian smartphone vendor. The best description for this duel is “Apple vs Samsung, the first world’s patent war”. The title is not too hyperbole since we know exactly that Apple is famous as the computer and phone invention in western country and Samsung is the giant phone company in Asia. This patent war can be more than just the effort to claim who is the best one.. It is like the fight between western market and Asian market. Besides, it is not the first time this suing moment happens between them. So, just like the world war, we will see how long this patent war will occur and also who will be the next participant? Apple to Sue Samsung in Relation with Patent Violation

The latest news which is related to the patent war between Apple and Samsung shows that Apple has won the war in the law court in America. Well, although the war has been won by Apple, at least in the market in America, it does not mean that the company that has apple as the logo gets the optimal satisfaction.
It is because Apple is reported to prepare the next steps to make sure that the accusation in relation to the patent warcan be carried on. The matter that becomes the concern of Apple is that Apple claims that Samsung has violated the copyright of Apple.
