Samsung vs. Apple: The Patent Copyright War

We all know that in the field of smart phone, there are two most dominating developers which have conquered the market. Well, perhaps, you can guess who they are. Yes, indeed, we are talking about Apple and Samsung. The competition between these two developers seem to be really fierce up to this recent time where we can see that both Samsung and Apple are trying to sue each other in relation to the patent rights.
Perhaps, you might have heard that in the law court in America, the war between Samsung and Apple has shown its result where Samsung is the losing one. However, the opposite condition happened in Japan. In the law court which was held in Tokyo, Japan, glorious winning has been earned by Samsung. Yes, indeed, the law court which was led by Judge Tamotsu Shoji showed that Samsung Galaxy and Galaxy Tab do not violate the patent copyright of Apple. During such law court, Apple claimed that Samsung has violated the technology patent copyright from Samsung in the field of transfer media technology including music and video synchronization. Because of such defeat, Apple is obliged to pay the fine as much as 100 million Yen.

WOW…!!! One Million Iphone 4S pre-order
In only 24 hours, a million people signed up to buy Apple’s latest iPhone. 4S welcomed the arrival of iPhone disappointments. But apparently the interest to buy Apple’s newest gadget is very high to record pre-orders or reservations in advance.
Apple announced the iPhone pre-4S to 1 million copies in the first 24 hours. The amount is to save the four pre-order the iPhone has reached 400,000 units in the first days. iPhone 4S can be ordered in the U.S. through carrier AT & T, Verizon Wireless and Sprint. Goods are delivered to consumers on October 14.
“The first day pre-orders for iPhone 4S have been the most for any new product that Apple has ever launched and we are thrilled that customers love iPhone 4S as much as we do,” said Phil Schiller, Apple’s vice president of marketing.
iPhone 4S real plagued by a series of criticism, because even if the hardware and the software takes some updates, the design is similar to the iPhone 4. But since the beginning of some analysts remain convinced the iPhone is still selling well 4S.
